Designed with the same organic, 100% Australian-made quality, the Junior Mattress features a 200mm profile of unmatched foams, including special Linear zoning with the same health features of adult mattresses, allowing the necessary and essential support for growing children.

As children have not developed into full adults the 7 zone support system is not required for their mattress.  Accordingly, a Linear profiling system has been developed to allow the necessary and essential support for growing children.

Your Ultimate Beds Junior Mattress is backed by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by an unsuitable bed base.

Once the mattress core has been made to the standard or custom size, we custom make a removable cover which is made with an organic cotton proprietary fabric knitted for us here in Australia. This fabric, which is knitted (not woven) into an outstanding Jersey knit, also maintains the breathability of the mattress. Please note that, although products labelled ‘organic’ may contain varying percentages (in some cases as low as 10%) of organic cotton, ours are knitted from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, the healthiest possible.

All components of Ultimate Beds® mattresses are made from the highest quality materials. Our foams are premium (which means among the highest possible grade) Australian made foams. They are open celled foams and are ventilated in a patented and complex process. We warranty our Junior mattress cores for 5 years. We do not warranty these mattresses for longer to ensure that, as the child develops, an upgrade to at least an Elite mattress is not discouraged. Ultimate Beds® mattresses are manufactured to a quality point, not to a price point. This is because we at Ultimate Beds® believe that nothing is too good for you and your family.

Ultimate Beds unique airflow design allows full air circulation through the entire mattress, eliminating any build up of excess body heat or moisture.

Ultimate Beds’® achieve additional comfort by covering their mattresses in pure 100% certified organic cotton. These covers are removable, which allows for proper airing of the mattress core.

The cores are also ventilated in a patented process for a healthier sleep environment. We then cover the mattress core with a luxurious soft fabric which is made from 100% certified organic cotton.

Our mattresses never need to be flipped from top to bottom but can, if wished, be rotated head to foot, and vice versa. For the above reasons Ultimate Beds® mattresses represent the ultimate in quality, making them among the most comfortable and healthiest non-toxic mattresses currently available in Australia, if not the World.

Our mattresses use a number of foams including Hygroflex®, a hybrid comfort foam combining the contouring feel of memory foam with high-resilience support. It’s also engineered for fast response and excellent heat dispersion, so you don’t feel stuck in it or overheated. Its design also redistributes pressure evenly and maintains breathability, making it ideal for healthy, restorative sleep.

When choosing a foam mattress, consider the density, firmness, and breathability of the foam, along with your sleeping position and comfort preferences. Look for non-toxic materials, quality certifications, and layered support that promotes alignment.

Memory foam mattresses are usually anywhere between 15–35cm (6–14 inches) thick. We at Ultimate Beds believe your mattress need not be any thicker than 25cm. Anything deeper is simply wasteful, heavier and more costly.
